We’re working with a well-established company in central Southampton who are looking for an administrator to join their dynamic team. It’s a fast-paced role where you will be supporting several departments in managing the financial side of large contracts with some of the UK’s top companies and organisations. Full training with be provided.

The Administrator Role

This role will offer a range of responsibilities, offering a fantastic opportunity to learn about different areas of the business. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the client database
  • Processing financial data and information
  • Producing numerical calculations
  • Dealing with enquiries from clients and external agencies
  • Ensuring that commercial and financial packs are compiled correctly
  • Communicating with all levels of the business
  • Updating of spreadsheets and analysing of numerical information
  • Helping out other teams when required

The Ideal Candidate for the Admin position

In order to be considered for this role you will have a desire to learn, have excellent analytical skills, a strong proactive approach and good attention to detail. You must be confident with communicating at all levels of the business and be able to work under pressure.

You might be a college leaver/graduate who is looking to start their career within a commercial/financial, environment.
