We are looking for a dependable and skilled Handyperson to join our university maintenance team on a permanent. The successful candidate will carry out general maintenance duties across campus buildings and facilities, helping to ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for staff and students.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, carpentry, and general building upkeep.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues effectively.

Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential maintenance problems.

Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are safe and ready for use.

Work closely with the estates and facilities team to support smooth campus operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a handyperson or maintenance technician.
