Role: Business Analyst – HR IT – Data & ReportingLocation: Germany, Mülheim an der RuhrContract: Permanent Role and Responsibilities 

  • Actively participating in an international project team responsible for global HR transformation projects
  • Ensuring that data is properly mapped, validated and transferred between systems while aligning with business requirements and compliance standards
  • Analyse data quality and integrity, identify gaps and work with relevant teams to ensureaccurate and timely HR data
  • Document reporting requirements, data flows and user guidelines to facilitate smooth adoptionand maintenance
  • Collaborate with HR, IT and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, data requirements and translate them into a global reporting template and KPI dashboard

Experience requirements

  • Professional fluency in English for international cooperation
  • Structured, independent and self-organised work style
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear reporting specifications andactionable insights
  • Experience with data quality tools and data catalogues is an advantage

Desirable

  • Preferably experience with Workday HCM modules (i.e. Recruiting, Core, Talent Management)
  • Experience in applying agile frameworks
  • German language skills are a plus
