Class 2 HGV Driver - Temp to Perm Opportunity Location: SouthamptonPay: £16.50 per hour (Umbrella)Schedule: Monday to Friday, approx. 40 hours per week
Wild Recruitment is on the lookout for reliable and professional Class 2 HGV Drivers to join a well-established distribution client based in Southampton. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for drivers looking for long-term stability with a great team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering alcohol products to a range of customers nationwide, with the support of a Driver's Mate
- Handling multi-drop deliveries, including loading and unloading stock
- Ensuring compliance with road safety and tachograph regulations
- Providing a friendly, professional service to customers and completing delivery paperwork
- Operating from a well-connected Southampton depot with on-site parking
What We're Looking For:
- A valid Class 2 HGV licence, CPC, and Digi Tacho card
- New passes are welcome, you will be required to do an assessment before starting this role.
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding work
- A proactive team player with a strong focus on customer service
