Wild Recruitment are pleased to be partnered with a client who are specialists within their industry in their search for a Proposals Coordinator

Ideally you will have experience in tendering and putting forward proposals of new contracts

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Coordinator and prepare the tender bids.
  • Submitting tender bids and proposals in a timely manner and keep track of progress
  • Recognising new business opportunities and work closely with the sales team
  • Be the main point of contact for new business and new proposals for new clients and internal departments
  • Process sales orders
  • Issuing new quotes and following these up
  • Process customer warranties
  • Checking in with new customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Develop a high product knowledge to be able to deal with customer enquiries confidently
  • Support all departments with administration duties
  • Making outbound calls to lower spend customers to build a strong relationship

Ideally you will:

  • Have experience dealing with tender bids and proposals
  • Be confident in making outbound calls including sales calls
  • Be able to manage a busy work load
  • Have experience in a similar role
