Hours:
Earlies : Monday-Thursday: 06:00 - 14:15, Friday: 06:00 - 12:00
Lates: 14:15-22:30 (Mon-Thu) / 12:00-18:00 (Fri)

Pay (PAYE or Umbrella):

Note: Holiday pay accrues on top of PAYE rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fitting tasks and maintain high standards in the area.
• Assist with assembly and installation of ribs in aerospace structures.
• Use tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow detailed instructions and technical drawings accurately.
• Conduct inspections to ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in fitting or similar hands-on roles, preferably in aerospace would be ideal.
• Understanding of technical drawings and blueprints would be beneficial.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform precise work.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.

Security Clearance
