As a qualified Year 2 teacher, you will be expected to:

• Hold a relevant teaching qualification (ECTs are welcome to apply)
• Demonstrate experience teaching young children, preferably within Key Stage 1 or Year 2
• Possess a current Enhanced DBS certificate (mandatory for working with children)
• Provide two professional references to support your application
• Show excellent classroom management and communication skills, with a caring and proactive approach to fostering pupil progress
