The Role:
The Senior Care Assistant will be responsible for overseeing care provision during daytime hours, supporting a team of care staff, and ensuring residents receive exceptional care tailored to their individual needs.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading care delivery during day shifts
• Safely administering and managing medications
• Providing guidance, supervision, and training to care staff
• Updating and maintaining detailed care plans
• Liaising with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Upholding CQC standards and the home’s care policies

Applicants must meet the following criteria:
