Are you an Engineer who thrives on bringing complex concepts to life in the classroom? Boston Rose are working with a leading training provider seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join their team, teaching both Level 3 and Level 4 vocational courses to apprentices.

The Role

You will deliver a defined set of specialist units, including:

  • Level 3 Engineering Materials
  • Level 4 Mechanical Science
  • Level 4 Project Management
  • Level 4 Engineering Design

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging classroom lessons tailored to individual learner needs.
  • Produce and assess assignments in line with awarding body requirements.
  • Mark and review coursework, providing clear and constructive feedback.
  • Monitor learner progress and put interventions in place where needed.
  • Contribute to team development and share best practice.
  • Maintain accurate records for quality assurance and funding compliance.
  • Undertake regular CPD to stay current with both industry and teaching practice.

About You

  • Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience delivering Level 3 and/or Level 4 curriculum in engineering.
  • Strong subject knowledge in materials, science, project management and design.
  • Excellent organisation, planning and communication skills.
  • A proactive, innovative approach to teaching and problem-solving.
