An outstanding school in Southampton is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Permanent Teacher of Psychology to primarily teach A-Level Psychology and contribute to the continued growth and success of our Sixth Form Psychology cohort. You will play a key role in inspiring students to choose and excel in A-Level Psychology.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and inspiring Psychology lessons primarily to A-Level students, showcasing the relevance and excitement of the subject for future academic and career paths.
Contribute to strategies for promoting and recruiting students to A-Level Psychology.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sixth Form students, acting as a mentor and guide in their psychological studies.
Contribute to the A-Level Psychology curriculum, ensuring it is engaging and meets the needs of our ambitious students.
Collaborate with the Psychology Department and Sixth Form team to promote the subject and support student progression.

Qualifications & Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
