Location: Southampton
Salary Scale: £82.10 to £104.16 per day
Start Date: September 2025 as start date

Teaching Assistant Role:

Support teachers in the planning and delivery of dynamic and engaging lessons.
Offer individualised assistance to students, aiding them in understanding complex concepts and achieving academic excellence.
Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting student participation and collaboration.
Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative teaching strategies and resources.

Requirements for Teaching Assistant role:

Hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
Be available for work Monday to Friday.
Be proactive, energetic, kind and caring towards students.
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to go through the process with us).
A fully checkable work history.
Flexibility to adapt to various teaching styles and environments.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
