Job Description:
- LSA full time position until the end of the academic year
- Supporting two children with SEMH needs within a mainstream classroom supporting with Now and Next boards, positivity and resilience
- Full time role with the opportunity of a permanent contract
- Pay: Daily Rate (£82-£82)
- Location: Hedge End
- Start Date: November 3rd 2026
- Contract Length: Long Term – Potential to become permanent
- Hours: Full time
- Support from an Ofsted rated “Good” School that cites Teachers “prioritise helping pupils to develop trusting relationships. Pupils learn to communicate their feelings successfully and become important valued members of the school community
Individual Profile:
- UK school-based experience mandatory
- SEND knowledge preferred but not essential
- Patience and perseverance essential
- Must have good classroom and behaviour management
- Passionate, enthusiastic and proactive individual
