Responsibilities:
- Undertaking planned kitchen maintenance and related remedial works
- Ideally from a Carpentry background but with experience of the following an advantage
- Basic Plumbing, patch repairs, tiling.
- Working in both tennanted void properties
- Striving for Customer satisfaction & interaction to the highest levels
Requirements:
- Time Served/NVQ qualified Carpenter or Tradesman
- Full tool set
- Full driving licence
- Van and fuel card provided
