- Ensuring that recruitment processes are aligned with workforce readiness and client expectations by collaborating with operations, compliance and onboarding teams
- Supporting the CEO with important headcount planning, strategic scaling and performance incentives as well as providing accurate forecasting and reporting for sales activity
- Successfully managing the assigned team of delivery consultants and business development professionals, supporting onboarding processes, driving a high-performance culture and ensuring that soft and firm KPIs are monitored
- Providing bespoke training for the team, conducting regular 1-2-1s and performance reviews to assess performance and improvement areas
- Supporting members of the team on complex and potentially difficult client delivery
- Taking responsibility for the achievement of team sales targets and KPIs across both business development and recruitment delivery
- Handling the responsibility for full sign-off and control on vacancies, prioritising the resource management for roles
- Supporting the organisation of team-building and external activities across the business
- MUST have excellent proven experience within a recruitment and business development leadership
- Ideally, exposure to the staffing sector or the oil & gas/utilities industry
- Excellent, and practical understanding of 180 recruitment delivery and business development models
- Strong team management experience
- Commercially aware and strategically focussed
- Outstanding communication skills
- Good knowledge surrounding pipeline forecasting, CRM system management and other reporting tools and metrics
