1. Someone who has lead large complete programmes in a regulatory environment
2.Ability to matrix manage
3.Taking evidence from technical documentation and using this to story tell the arguments and reasoning behind decision making.
4.Happy to write and delivery large case reports
5.Speaking to stakeholders confidently
6. Strong understanding of governance practices
7. Worked within highly regulated environments
