Contact Centre Team Leader

Brook Street is working with a client that is seeking a Contact Center Team Leader on a Full-Time, Permanent basis. This is a fully-office-based role Mon-Fri 8-5 involving leading a team.

Main duties:

• To lead team taking inbound calls to arrange bookings.
• To make occasional outbound calls as required.
• To support team development on calls & training.
• To upsell where possible.
• To assist with exceptional customer service.

Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience (Desired):

Experience in Team Lead/Supervisory role

Experience with Motor Trade (non-essential)

Excellent attention to detail

Strong verbal & written communication skills
