Responsibilities:
As a Stores Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock records
  • Coordinating the movement of goods in and out of the stores
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and inventory audits
  • Collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised storage area

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or stores environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
While not essential, the following would be advantageous:

  • Previous experience in a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) environment
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Certification in inventory management or logistics
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Technologies:

  • Inventory management systems
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • ERP software (preferred but not essential)
