One of our clients who specialise in Housing Association contracts across the UK are currently looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their team.
You will be resposible for the communication between Our client and the housing association partner.
Within this role, day to day duties will include but not be limited too;
Booking in appointments to visit occupied properties
Carrying out condition surveys
Dealing with resident complaints
Working hand in hand with the site team to get works completed to the correct standard
Building strong relationships with tenants and contractors
You will need :
Strong communication skills
Good IT skills
Be a self starter
This role will initially be 20 weeks contract with the potential of going permanent for the right candidate.
