We are delighted to be working with a highly regarded law firm that is looking to recruit a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its Corporate team. The Opportunity

  • Manage your own case load of corporate transactions and advisory matters, taking the lead on work suited to your level of experience.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a genuine interest in Corporate Law.

  • Likely to have 0–3 years’ PQE, though strong candidates outside this range will also be considered.
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and proactive in your approach.
  • Excellent communicator with a client-first mindset and the ability to think creatively.
