We are delighted to be working with a highly regarded law firm that is looking to recruit a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its Corporate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer to develop their career in a supportive and people-focused environment, handling high-quality corporate work without the intense targets and unsustainable working practices often associated with this area of law.
The Opportunity
- Manage your own case load of corporate transactions and advisory matters, taking the lead on work suited to your level of experience.
- Support Partners on complex, higher-value deals, with the chance to take on greater responsibility under supervision.
- Collaborate with and provide support to junior team members, including trainees and paralegals.

About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a genuine interest in Corporate Law.
- Applications welcomed from those with a pure corporate focus, as well as those with a broader commercial background who are keen to specialise.
- Likely to have 0–3 years’ PQE, though strong candidates outside this range will also be considered.
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and proactive in your approach.
- Excellent communicator with a client-first mindset and the ability to think creatively.
