Attega Group is recruiting on behalf of our client who is a UK-based leader in infection control solutions and decontamination equipment serving healthcare, laboratory, and life science industries.

Purpose of the Role:

  • To support the daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock.
  • Reporting any errors and / or faulty parts.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately for delivery or collection.
  • Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
  • Load and unload goods using manual handling equipment or forklifts (if certified).
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, organised, and safe at all times.
  • Assist in the preparation of shipments and documentation.
  • Follow company policies, health and safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.
  • Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with team members and support other departments as needed.
  • General housekeeping duties.
  • Handling of returns and quarantines within the warehouse with close communication with other departments to ensure the efficient handling of such items.
  • Any other duties required to support the business.

 Skills & Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Good attention to detail ensuring quality and minimising errors.
  • A flexible approach with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing production and processes.
  • This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math’s and computer skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
