Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our client - a well-established and reputable bodyshop known for its quality repairs and outstanding customer service.


The Role
As a Vehicle Damage Estimator, you'll be responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage and producing detailed repair estimates using Audatex. You'll work closely with insurance engineers, the workshop, and customers to ensure efficient repair authorisation and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate, detailed repair estimates using the Audatex system.
Calculate repair times and costs, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
Liaise with insurance engineers to agree repair costs and authorisations.
Communicate repair details and quotations clearly to customers.
Support the bodyshop team to ensure repairs are completed to the highest standard.

The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Estimator / VDA within a bodyshop environment.
Audatex certification essential.
ATA qualification preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and insurance procedures.
