You will work across operations to ensure smooth, efficient production by analysing processes, implementing improvements, and driving quality, cost, and safety initiatives. From developing layouts and standard operating procedures to applying lean and Six Sigma techniques, you will help optimise performance and deliver lasting change.
You will need a degree or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline, with experience working in a high-tech engineering company. Experience with fibre optics or laser machines would be advantageous but is not essential.
