Are you an Maintenance Team Leader or similar looking to join a successful manufacturer in a fast-paced and varied role, where you will be responsible for your own team, whilst being able to further your career with paid qualifications and training?

On offer is the chance to be the technical expert on site, overseeing all engineering projects whilst managing and mentoring your own team.

In this role you will be managing a small team of Maintenance Engineers, focusing on continuous development of the team whilst ensuring smooth running of the manufacturing site, servicing and maintaining all equipment and implementing best practice.

This role would suit a Maintenance Team Leader or similar looking to join a succesful company that will provide ongoing training.

The Role

  • Looking after a small team of Engineers
  • Planning and executing engineering projects
  • Implementing best practice and responsible for all equipment on site
  • 2 week rota, week 1 Monday - Friday 6am - 3:30pm, Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 6:30am - 3:30pm (45 hour week)
