A leading construction contractor is seeking a hands-on MEP Site Manager to deliver the mechanical and electrical package for a cutting-edge Health Innovation Centre focused on sterilization units. With a £4 million budget and the M&E works representing the largest subcontractor element on site, this is a role for someone who thrives in technically complex environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and coordinate all M&E site activities, with a strong focus on mechanical systems

  • Oversee ductwork and HVAC installations, ensuring precision and quality

  • Manage specialist subcontractors and ensure seamless integration of services

  • Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and client reps to maintain momentum

  • Uphold health & safety, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance across all M&E works

  • Maintain site records and drive productivity through proactive leadership

What We’re Looking For:

  • M&E trade background is essential—we value hands-on experience

  • Extensive ductwork and HVAC expertise—this is a mechanically heavy package

  • Proven success managing M&E packages on complex builds

  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

  • Confident communicator and team leader

  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred
