- Being able to carry out maintenance and repair of 4 and 2 stroke engines and associated systems.
- Support the implementation of field maintenance procedures
- Carry out performance tests, troubleshooting & root cause analysis.
- Work with engine automation & mechanical systems, providing support to Customers within guidelines
- Implementation of tasks as part of the maintenance of engines.
- On site Customer operational support in all stages of a project.
- Support the implementation of HSE standards in maintenance activities.
- Identifying the spare parts requirements for maintenance of activities.
- At least 2+ years of experience of in depth overhaul, service and repair of high or medium speed engines in the marine industry
- Apprenticeship time served mechanical or mechatronic engineer
- Able to pass a DBS Check and Medical
- Clean driving license
- IT Proficient with experience of Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and able to write Technical Reports
- £33,500 - £37,800 DOE
