Maintenance surveyor required - housing properties
Due to increased workload, My clients has an immediate opportunity for an experience Surveyor to join the team on an permanent basis.
Working within housing maintenance and repairs you will ideally have a background in the sector.
Responsibilities:
- Response repair surveys, Mutual exchanges, Pre-Void termination surveys, Minor works surveys, Damp and Condensation & Mould to name a few.
- At times you may also be responsible for overseeing minor works, refurbishment work, voids and general surveying. There'll be plenty of opportunities for you to share your knowledge and advise on construction defects
- You'll typically be out and about on your own, in conjunction with the automated scheduling system and workload.
