Senior Account Manager Basingstoke£35K - £45K per annum

My client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team. Your primary objective is to help your clients achieve excellence in Lead Management. You will be committed to maintaining a culture of customer service excellence and to developing strong relationships with clients as well as a desire to maintain the company’s highest standards. You will:

  • Become the face of the organisation for the client base
  • Advise clients on the implementation & best practice use of the products to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with colleagues in a collaborative environment
  • Attend, lead & participate in multi-agency and strategic meetings
  • Identify and action sales opportunities within your client base
  • Regularly update sales forecasts and monitor client revenues, invoicing and payment
  • Actively gain commercial and client insight to assist R & D activity
  • Lead quarterly client reviews
  • Conduct and document dealer visits
  • Review and analyse trends and produce monthly client reports
  • Demonstrate Return of Investment arguments to client
  • Escalate customer issues and internal concerns
  • Document change requirements to help create accurate cost estimates

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have proven experience in the management and development of client relationships
  • Have strong interpersonal skills relating to individuals at all levels both internally and externally
  • Have the ability to work under pressure, use initiative, prioritise and work to tight deadlines
  • Have strong working knowledge within Microsoft Office
  • Have excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Have proven experience of preparing and delivering presentations
  • Be numerate and have excellent attention to detail
