We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Production manager to join a growing and evolving manufacturing company based in Southampton.

Our clientare looking fora proven production / manufacturingleader who has a background in successfully improving and streamliningmanufacturing processes whilst successfully driving their teams forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Running of the manufacturing teams, increasing productivity throughKPI's, training and ensuring a continuous workflow.
- Establishing new manufacturing processes across manufacturing departments
- Improving on-time delivery and production lead times
- Scheduling and production planning
Ideal Skills and Experience
- Strong manufacturing process streamlining background
- Scheduling and production planning
- LEAN
- Six Sigma
- Continuous Improvement
- Strong organisation skills
Hours: Monday to Friday (Days)
Salary: 45,000 - 55,000
