About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate Music Teacher to join a supportive secondary school located near central Southampton. This long-term role begins in January 2026 and runs through to July 2026, teaching Music to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
Lesson plans and resources will be provided, enabling you to focus on delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that nurture studentsā creativity, performance skills, and understanding of musical theory and practice. Both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply. Overseas-trained teachers with UK curriculum experience will also be considered.

Ideal Candidate- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Recent experience teaching Music in UK secondary schools.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Passionate about Music and able to inspire students through creative teaching.
- Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 preferred.
