Office Location - SouthamptonShift Model - Work from Home - on site a couple times a month - maybe more at training phase Shift timings- Monday to Friday 9-5. Flexi working offered. Role Overview

  • Provision of Pensions administration duties for the client in accordance with rules and regulations. Ensuring Pension records are updated to ensure correct benefits are achieved for the individuals concerned and correspondence is provided to clients and scheme members within the set service level agreement. Dealing with confidential personal information.
  • Assist the Pensions Team Leader in the provision of an effective service, processing all pension information accurately and on time.
  • Assist in providing an information service to individual employees via a customer service management system (using messaging tools or phone call). Delivering great customer service and the required results to support Key Performance Indicators by maintaining and standardising the following responsibilities.
  • This would include some data management, some input, checking forms and calculating pensionable pay figures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide information and relevant documentation to Pensions utilising Pensions Online where appropriate.
  • Calculating periods of pensionable pay accurately by interpreting the information held on the payroll system.
  • Provide information and relevant documentation when requested by clients.
  • Provide payroll teams with the relevant pension information to process the payroll.
  • Responsible for dealing effectively with enquiries from clients both internal and external, by telephone or email, at all times conveying a professional and efficient attitude following customer service standards.
  • Achieving standards set within the Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators for all clients.
  • Health and Safety around own environment
  • Supporting Line Manager, and the wider Pension Team as necessary
  • Respond to general enquiries from Pensions.
  • Ad hoc tasks deemed appropriate to level.
  • Data Cleansing
  • Issuing forms and checking their accuracy upon return
  • Ability to follow process and work as part of a team.
