As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will:
- Provide advice and support to consultants, nurses, and other clinicians to ensure the safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of medicines.
- Interact with patients across various departments to determine their pharmaceutical needs and review medication history.
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues and consultants to improve patient outcomes.
- Suggest new processes and equipment to enhance health outcomes and safety.
