About the role:

Randstad is working with a leading provider of housing repairs and maintenance services, dedicated to ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of their residents. They pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service and are seeking a skilled Plumber.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing units.
  • Repair, and maintain unvented hot water systems.
  • Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their plumbing needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to deliver seamless service.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and repairs, preferably within social housing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
