We're recruiting for an experienced Project Manager in Southampton, joining a leading provider of engineered noise control products and solutions. With continued business growth and a strong project pipeline, this is a great chance to step into a key delivery role and help support the team as workload increases.
This Southampton position will suit someone who can bring a strong mix of project management discipline, technical understanding and commercial awareness, working closely with Tier 1 contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities (Southampton)
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and programme
Liaise directly with Tier 1 contractors including Kier and Morgan Sindall
Work alongside a team of seven project professionals to drive consistent project delivery
Help improve project focus and efficiency, supporting a move towards fewer, higher-quality projects per person
Deliver projects across audiology, studios and sound reduction solutions
Maintain financial control including budget tracking, cost control and reporting
Keep clients and stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Project Manager (construction / engineering / noise & vibration advantageous)
Strong technical confidence managing engineered solutions and site delivery
Solid commercial understanding: budgets, costs, and project profitability
Comfortable working with major contractors and fast-paced programmes
Ex-military background highly desirable
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Based in, or able to commute to Southampton (4 days per week)
