Job Title: Buying Administrator
Location: Southampton (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday (Full Time)
Main Duties
- Monitor stock levels throughout the sales cycle to maintain optimal inventory.
- Develop and publish a monthly product catalogue.
- Review and act on daily reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Update product pricing accurately within our systems.
- Source brands requested by customers to meet their needs.
- Manage the booking of purchase orders efficiently.
Skills
- Previous experience in a buying or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
