Job Title: Buying Administrator

Location: Southampton (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £27,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday (Full Time) 

Main Duties

  • Monitor stock levels throughout the sales cycle to maintain optimal inventory.
  • Develop and publish a monthly product catalogue.
  • Review and act on daily reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Update product pricing accurately within our systems.
  • Source brands requested by customers to meet their needs.
  • Manage the booking of purchase orders efficiently.

Skills

  • Previous experience in a buying or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
