Approach Personnel are proud to be partneredwith an industry leading Property Services Contractor, who are currently on the look out for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis out of their Southampton office. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be play an integral role inoverseeing the commercial success of our Housing maintenance contracts and ensuring the long-term vialbility and success of the business.

What are we looking for?
- A proven Quantity Surveyor who has commercial experience in refurbishment projects, ideally within the social housing sector.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying
- A strong understanding of cost management and sub-contractor procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts
- Manage day to day cost control & monitoring & reporting
- Process Sub contractor requests for payment via application & invoice
- On-boarding of Sub contractors/suppliers
