We are recruiting an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial ownership of one major project at a time (typical value: £10m), focused specifically on care homes and residential care facilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment while being part of a close-knit team.

The Role:
  • Commercial lead on £10m+ care home/residential projects

  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, valuations, change management, and final accounts

  • Use COINS to manage financial tracking and reporting

  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, and senior management

  • Contribute to mentoring junior QS staff

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Senior QS capacity

  • Proven background managing care/residential home projects

  • Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail

  • Proficient in COINS software

  • Must live within a commutable distance to Southampton
