Our prestigious client is looking for a first class Property Coordinator to be the face of their community, ensuring a high-quality experience is received by residents and guests alike

Key responsibilities:

As a key point of contact for the residents, you will:

  • Deliver customer service with consistency, warmth, and professionalism.
  • Drive resident satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Maintain high standards across all services provided, from move-ins to daily operations.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure a seamless and responsive customer journey.
  • Champion resident engagement, encouraging involvement in community initiatives and feedback loops.
  • Represent the company positively with external stakeholders, helping to build strong local partnerships.

Key requirements:
