We're currently hiring for a key role in our Southampton office!
As the sole recruiter on a warm Business Support desk, you'll take ownership of recruiting for a variety of support roles-think PAs, customer service representatives, administrators, and more. You'll cover an exciting region including Basingstoke, Andover, Salisbury, and Alton.
This is a pivotal opportunity to make the desk your own, build strong relationships, and truly shape its success.
What You'll Be Doing?
Comprehensive Sales and 360 Recruitment Process: Take charge of the entire recruitment cycle, emphasising business development and client acquisition. From initial job briefings and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and closing deals, you'll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth.
Proactive Candidate Sourcing: Leverage job boards, referrals, and headhunting techniques via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. Actively source candidates through advertising, social media, and referrals. Register and interview candidates, conduct thorough background checks, and match them with suitable job opportunities. Ensure timely and effective promotion of candidates for interviews to fill vacancies promptly.
Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and expert advice. Network extensively to build a robust client base and drive sales, ensuring a steady stream of business opportunities.
Collaborative Success: Work closely with your colleagues to ensure the overall success of the branch. Maximise cross-selling opportunities and contribute to a collaborative team environment that drives collective achievement.
