Wild Recruitment are looking to recruit Refuse drivers in the Southampton area who are interested in driving refuse trucks to collect house hold waste.
This Class 2 Refuse Driver role is temporary
£18.26ph PAYE
Shifts are Monday - Friday, 6am to 4pm
What you will be doing as a Refuse driver:
- Driving HGV Class 2 Refuse trucks to collect waste from residential and commercial properties.
- Working as part of a 3 man crew
- You will need to carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly.
- You must comply with health and safety procedures and policies at all times.
What we need from you for this Refuse driver role:
- Category C LGV Licence and valid Drivers CPC and Digi Tacho
- The ability to undertake heavy lifting as you may need to assist with loading of the vehicle
- Ready to take the initiative and work as part of a team
- You will need to attend and pass a driving assessment before you can start this role
No Refuse experience needed - full induction and training given
