We are looking for a Maintenance Scheduler whowill play a vital role in supporting the management team by ensuring scheduling, parts buying, and administrative tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This office-based role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency in documentation management.
What youll be doing:
Maintenance SchedulerAdministrative Duties:
- Assist in parts ordering and scheduling of remedial work orders to meet target SLA response times.
- Coordinate site access and verify that requested work can be performed.
- Update client CAFM portals with accurate ETAs, appointment bookings, descriptions, and workflow status.
- Respond to internal office staff calls within three rings and provide support as needed.
- Answer calls from engineers within three rings and offer assistance.
- Handle client calls within three rings and provide necessary support.
- Ensure engineers arrive on-site at the scheduled time and call in when finishing jobs early.
Client Support:
- Maintain updated client portals to:
- Provide clients with a clear view of the companys performance.
- Schedule engineer appointments for efficient task completion and client communication.
- Respond to client queries via phone and escalate issues to appropriate line manager when necessary.
Engineer Support:
Procure parts as needed and accurately create purchase orders.
