We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Southampton. This is a full-time temporary role starting immediately and continuing until Christmas 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and academic progress.
- Plan and assess lessons in line with curriculum requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the science department and wider school team.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- Experience teaching science in UK secondary schools
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to start immediately and commit until the end of term
