About the Role:

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the permanent class teacher.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
  • Follow lesson plans provided or adapt lessons as necessary to ensure continuity of learning.
  • Engage and support students from diverse backgrounds to achieve their academic potential.
  • Mark work as required and ensure clear communication with school staff.
What We're Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in UK secondary schools across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS3/KS4).
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a range of schools and subject areas.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' progress.
