We’re searching for a dedicated and customer orientated Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our clients esteemed yacht company. If you possess a passion for providing exceptional service, local expertise and a love for the yachting world, we want to hear from you!

The Role:

At our client's prestigious yacht company, they specialise in curating unparalleled yachting experiences. As an Aftersales Advisor / Service Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients needs are met seamlessly. The opportunity would suit someone with experience of time management and multiple responsibilities, someone who excels with a busy and changing workload.
Serve as primary point of contact for the clients aftersales needs, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns
Collaborate with the maintenance and operations teams to oversee yacht preparations and necessary repairs
Address any technical issues or concerns raised by clients
Proactively gather client feedback to enhance our services and exceed expectations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business

The Requirements:

Experience within a similar role - Aftersales / Service department within the Marine/ Leisure Yachting - this is essential;
Dynamic, forward-thinking;
Ability to demonstrate longevity through a stable career history;
Knowledge of Kerridge would be very beneficial
