An exciting new opportunity has arisen with a national, very well-established learning disabilities care providerto become Deputy Manager of a residential service in Southampton. This is an attractive property in a good location, supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities.

You will have good experience working with adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex care needs, with the ability to lead and motivate teams. You will work in tandem with the Registered Manager, ensuring the best possible levels of care for the residents through effective leadership. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to many management tasks and gain a range of skills & experience in order to further develop your career.

Any experience of PBS/positive behaviour support would be beneficial, as would experience working in a setting with individuals who display behaviours that challenge.
