Description

The key responsibilities for the Legal PA - Developer role are:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team, including diary management and document preparation.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistical requirements for team members.
  • Draft and proofread legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain and update client files and databases, ensuring data integrity at all times.
  • Assist with billing processes, including invoice preparation and expense tracking.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client queries, providing prompt and helpful responses.
  • Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful Legal PA - Developer should have:

  • Proven experience in a Legal PA or similar administrative role within a professional setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
