Contract: 9-month fixed-term (Full-time, PAYE)

What You'll Be Doing
- Build and ship new customer-facing features across both frontend and backend
- Design scalable systems and contribute to architectural decisions
- Collaborate with product and design to bring ideas to life
- Own your code end-to-end, from implementation to deployment
- Help shape engineering culture in a small, high-impact team
You'll Thrive Here If You
- Have 6+ years' experience as a full-stack engineer
- Are confident building both frontend (React, Nuxt, JS frameworks) and backend (FastAPI, Node.js, GraphQL, etc.) systems
- Write clean, consistent code quickly and thoughtfully
- Are comfortable moving fast and wearing many hats in an early-stage startup
- Care about inclusion and accessibility - especially for overlooked communities
