Recruitment for schools runs all year round, however, as you may be aware September has the most opportunity for new vacancies. Additionally, schools are more inclined to offer straight permanent contracts, for example for September 2024 our team supported the opening of an SEMH school based in Brighton, supplying staff for their KS4 work coach team. We have previously carried out successful headship and SLT recruitment, and we consistently place qualified teachers with clients in our remit.

Come and join the Reed team!

To apply for the SEMH schools, please submit an up-to-date CV and a cover letter detailing what type of work you are interested in.

I look forward to hearing from you and discussing the roles in more detail.
