Transport Planner/Road Planner - Southampton

This is a great opportunity to play a key role in optimising haulage operations for a global leader!
About the Role
As a Transport Planner, you'll be instrumental in coordinating and planning the efficient movement of goods. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating essential information within the TOPS system and other critical platforms as required.
This is afull-time position, working45 hours per week, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. The role is based onday shifts, Monday to Friday.
What We're Looking For
We need someone with a solid background in the transport and logistics sector.
Experience Required:
- 2+ years of Container Transport Planning experienceis essential.
- Hands-on experience with theTOPS system.
- Proven experience withPort and Depot VBS (Vehicle Booking Systems).
- A Transport Manager CPC is preferred but not essential.
Skills:
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
