Are you a handy person with a knack for repairs and maintenance? Our client is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician/Handyman to join their team on a temporary basis with the potential for a permanent position!
Position Details:
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Working Pattern: Part time
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-2pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct general maintenance tasks, including:
- Painting and touch-ups
- Changing light fixtures and batteries
- Replacing taps and shower heads
- Address odd jobs in communal areas and occupied rooms
- Work independently with minimal supervision
